Youtube Uploads Rant/Help!

I've Got It
OK guys, I swear YouTube is out to get me.

I just uploaded a quick celebrity news recap blog that was shot on a steady & good 1080 HQ camera that was 2:33 long. I uploaded via Youtube capture (iphone app) & now all of a sudden the clip is only 2:13, horrid quality, and it's wobbly throughout like it was shot in a fun house mirror that's constantly moving.

note: when I first saw it post-upload it was perfectly leveled and 2:15!!

Before you guess that this happened because I transferred it to my iPhone, I've noticed that this happened over time to my other videos as well which were uploaded straight from a macbook. What gives? How can I fix this wonk effect that's taken over my videos?? Does this happen to anyone else? It's so discouraging to work on a video only for it to turn out the complete opposite of what you uploaded! UGHHHH.
 
I don't know this with any degree of certainty, in fact this is just my best guess. It looks like the camera is following/adjusting to your movement. I say this because I noticed that the times it was most wobbly was when you were also moving. Once again, not certain, and unfortunately I would have no idea what to do about that if it actually were the case. But I figured I would at least give you a possible lead as to what the problem is.
 
Sometimes Youtube tries to fix any movement in your video by shifting the whole video up and down to try and keep it steady but in reality it just makes the whole video look terrible. As to why it cuts the video I have no answer to that at all.

What a pain in the f-ing a**. Lots of people move a bit in their videos & they're not bothered like this!! Hopefully there's a way to correct this, will look it up. Thanks for the input!

When I upload my videos it used to give me the option to stabilize my videos so I just chose not to in order to keep them looking the way I wanted
 
This has happened to me before, I never knew how to fix it, all I knew was that I wasn't gonna film anything with that damn iPod Touch again.

It's the worsssstttt!!! :crying:

Happens to all my videos regardless of what I shot off of! My other ones were done on location w/ a director & mic set but still came out wonky.

Funny enough, this iPhone shot video is starting to straighten out, but the others are unrelenting -___-
