YouTube Twitch issue...

Howdy guys! I don't know if this is the right forum, but anyhows, when i stream thru my PS4 to Twitch at full HD upload settings on the PS4, and then upload the clip from Twitch (Export) to YT i still don't get more than 360/480p, i know this might be a super noob question, but i only recently started streaming... I appreciate any help i can get! Thanks! :thumbsup2::)
 
You're uploading the actual stream quality, not what you're pushing out. If you're pushing out 720p but your internet connection can only handle 360p, that's what Twitch will show, so that's the video you have. If you want to push better quality videos you're going to need a capture card.
