How can I start creating YouTube content that is useful for everyone? Please help me.

Everyone???? That is a very tall order. You can for a niche though. Look into finding a niche that you can meaningfully contribute to.

No one can be everything to everyone. And if you try you will end up with middling content that appeals to no one.

Bananas are clearly the best fruit of all yet I'll never be able to convince some people of that. They'll go their graves eating mangos thinking I'm the crazy one.

Don't worry about those mango folks. Instead focus on celebrating bananas.

Just create the content that you want to create. There's not much more you can do. Of course, continually assess yourself on how it can be improved. But just make what you want to make.
