Request Youtube Thumbnails for DayZ Standalone and Insurgency!

I was wondering if anyone could help me out and make some thumbnails for my DayZ and Insurgency videos. Im not very artistic so i dont really know how to do those things myself. I only know how to use paint xD But any help would be awesome!
