Youtube takes too much time uploading a video, why?

Now it tooks forever for upload a video of 669MB! Normally I upload files of this kind of size around 20 minutes but now:

It says "Uploading video. 901 minutes left. The video will....."
And now is stuck -.-
Why?
 
It's your internet speed and the bandwidth of youtube changing all the time, there are those days where youtube just takes forever to upload stuff
 
If you normally upload faster then it could be your internet speed. But I don't think it would change that drastically. Try a different browser.

However, that file size is quite large. You should encode it at h.264. It'll be full HD and about 200-300 megabytes if it is around a 10 minutes video... I assume you're a gamer so that should be about right.
 
I use MP4 in vegas and they're usually 150-250mb per every 10 minutes. Probably your Internet being throttled but your provider, are you going over your Download Limit? I know when we were on 50GB Per Month our speed went to s**t when we went over it. (We're unlimited now) Or your Internet speed is being slowed down in evenings or when allot of people are using it in your Area. Or YouTube is glitching.

@Others I think is youtube glitch because my connection in download is still 1mb and in upload is 0.8mb, I uploaded a video of 40min and it was 2gb, it uploaded in half-hour.
My videos are already encoded in MP4 H.264.....why youtube why....

2GB on 0.8MB (Assuming Megabits, not bytes) upload will not go in 30 minutes, it will take 4-5hours, do the math, and I'm uploading a video now and it's taking about 2 hours and it's 800mb, so it's not YouTube.. :)
 
normally it takes me about 30-45 minutes to get a video uploaded, but there are times when it can take +200 minutes. i think its depends on the time of day and how much traffic YouTube has to deal with.
