Youtube starting

I was just wondering if I could get some tips for starting a youtube channel. I have just made my first video and wanted some feedback, thanks.
 
#1: Wrong section, this is clearly for Video Editing, Recording, Software etc. help.

#2: What aspects of your channel are you looking for tips on?

Not very many people know about the playbook or if they do know about the playbook they might just disregard it. Seriously read it because its the holy grail of youtube and getting youtube channels started.
