I get a lot of YouTube spammers saying crap to me like "Nice channel! Check this link out www.lameassurl.com if you want to get 95809283 subscribers! Hurr durr! K I gotta go. Catch you later"

I usually just block those kind of users. It's all in a good day's work ahah.

I get random contact invites from time to time too. I've accepted them and so far I haven't gotten that many videos sent to me. Guess I might be lucky lol
