The requirements vary by location because of varying demand among different spaces. Los Angeles has a 10k requirement, but is so crowded that the requirements will most likely have to be raised quite a bit or it will be nearly impossible to book space. Other spaces that have empty stages and edit bays may think about relaxing limits to get more creators to use the facilities. I wouldn't be surprised to see the LA Space raise their limit to 50k in the near future.
