YouTube says I use copyrighted music

/watch?v=pKNyicCh5ow a similar thing happened to gisikw.
it's a pain in the a** and monitisation could be locked up for a really long time.
honestly, if you could take it down and use different music, I would.

I'm a bit scared because when I dispute it as fair use they warned me that I should get information from an advocate. has anyone ever did a dispute on fair use and got problems with it?

I wish they'd say how to dispute it in actual wording. I doubt you can just write " it's music from YouTube you dumb f**k. Back off. Fair use dammit" how do you guys write out your disputes

You are not disputing it under fair use, don't do that. Select the option where you have the rights to use it and explain it came from YouTube's very own library.

is it possible to give a comment why you think you think you have the rights to use it after you clicked to dispute? because I don't think I've seen a commentsection.

You have to continue the dispute until you get to this part:
*You can use this message box to explain it came exclusively from YouTube's audio library.

But isn't that like saying "yes, I use the copyrighted song mentioned above" when it is in fact a different song?

at least there is a possibility to explain it isn't the song they are talking about. better than nothing. I hope they watch my video to see the system made an error.
