Youtube Safety.

Posting pictures, on YouTube? o.O

You can take away all his electronics, that'll stop him. If he knows how to make an account, and how to work an i-Pad, then I'm sure he'll know ways around anything you do. I guess you could place passwords on his devices, and supervise his usage.

I don't think there is any way that you could stop him posting comments, you could enable safe mode but it is very easily disabled. I think you should maybe just tell him that you are not happy with him doing that and try and persuade him to stop instead. Not trying to tell you how to parent or anything but there is really no way that can not be easily got around.
 
This is a question for your internet service provider, not for a forum that supports people trying to create things for YouTube.
 
for the people who are saying that you can't post pictures on youtube, I believe the YouTube editor can be used, pictures added and then add music to make a video. Try to be kind to visitors who come to the forums

Except that is cleeaaarrrrrly not what the OP was asking. He wasn't asking for a way to prevent his grandson from using the YouTube editor. We have someone who found their way onto the wrong forum completely.

Clearly, I was responding to the people responding to his second post, not his original post.
