Youtube ruined my intro... help?!

Posting Mad!
Hey, so I've made a video today and it's ok when I watch it on my pc or laptop but when I upload it to YouTube, the intro it gets pixelated... I've reupload it and I have the same problem.. what can I do?

If anyone wanna take a look, it's the video in the signature.

Did you by any chance make it as a 1080p HD file but export it as 720p? That caused me problems for a while. Didn't realise it would be compressed so much online.

I render my videos two times, both at 1080p and never had this problem before...
does not seam to get pixelated when i watched :-/
It's just the first 4 seconds, are you shore it looks ok? (I see a pixelate circle)

Ok no worries, it just came to mind because I had problems with that. I'd record in full 1080 HD, then render as a 720 file. The compression wasn't that noticeable on a desktop, but on a mobile device - man did it look bad.

I filmed with the phone at 1080 and render my videos at 720p but for my latest videos I record the screen with hypercam and I have no ideea what format it is... I just know that It's HD and i takes a lot of space, i had more than 16gb for a 3 min video after editing.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about... it only seems to ruined the intro.

Well YouTube compresses any uploaded file to within an inch of its life. There's always going to be some loss of quality, regardless. Tbh man I had a look at your video and it looks fine. I honestly wouldn't have noticed the problem if you hadn't pointed it out.
