I'm pretty sure the point of YouTube Red is to be a subscription thing, getting it for free would then be illegal (I think) Just like pirating software. Content Creators can make some videos which are free but still part of YouTube Red, Pewdiepie's done that with his Scare Pewdiepie series

Hey! Apparently Youtubes doing a thing where you can get it free for 3 months! But its probably just a trial thing though and after you need to pay to continue services! Not sure how it is though haven't tested it out!

I got an email about a free trial for YT Red. As a content creator I like getting red views.

Ive never really though about YTRed but just having a little look I have earned a total of $270 from it so it can stay.
