Don't quite get them myself, either. I like theFineBros react channel because they are getting people to confront things they may otherwise not and seeing how they're first interactions of it are; non-gamers/elders playing games for examples. But I have to say that for the most part I don't really understand the appeal.

But then again the internet is a weird place - some people even make money by live streaming them eating food and get lots of people watching it. I don't understand, but they're simply doing what they do and people seem to enjoy it, so I suppose that's where it ends really.

I agree. The FineBros have mastered the art of reacting - they're funny and worth the watch. It's engaging: questions are asked and the contestants react to things actually worthy of being recorded. They are in control of the what is being reacted to, so the audience is wholeheartedly surprised.

Reacting to something that you, yourself, have planned out, is generally not genuine emotion first of all - most of the time it's staged and exaggerated to create a more engaging and interesting environment - and secondly, it's...well...easy. It takes absolutely no skill except maybe editing the video layout to make it look nicer.

I don't judge, but it baffles me how people actually watch it. I guess that's just YouTube for yah lol

As for reactors in general...
Some are good, some are bad. Sort of like how some people are great at vlogging and others suck! I, for one, feel like I'm the latter, but I'm also on a journey to make better videos. Maybe the bad reactors are on a journey of betterment too! ... Or maybe not.
Willabee, I checked your channel for a bit and I didn't see any videos related to the subject I was talking about. Like what @Munchito696 said, the guy pretty much stole other youtuber's videos for his personal intention. Compare to you and this scrub, you guys are nothing alike. You may talked about videos that you've seen but rarely show any clips about it, and this guy shows the entire video & rarely talk much about it. Who are we to judge? Who am I to compare, you're promising yourself on improvement for better quality later on and this guy has more videos like this ripping off other people's work for quantity. You be the judge of that.

You're basically just taking a hit at someones channel because he gets views.. everyone does something different with their youtube but you shouldn't take a hit at them for what they do.
I'm assuming you missed the part where I stated "Am I jelly (jealous)? Yes." Yes Kate this is the internet, where anyone can freely make whatever they want, and yet they will have to deal with some consequences. For example: Does everyone love Justin Beiber's out of stage actions? Can an 8 yr old post a video on reddit without dealing a fedora nerd complaining about his age? Will my friends be honest with me of how they're sick and tired of watching my stick figure animations? CnC is everywhere, in IRL and Online. If someone only cares about views, wants me to "Deal with It" with their pathetic content, then they will have to "Deal" with my share of words about them.

I was comparing myself to people who are in the same genre of videos as me >.> But... Yah... Good luck ^u^
Whoops, miss read that mb. But hey, as long you stay on honest on your channel and simply corrected someone's part (like mine) then you're on the right path. gl lol

Are you in??? I want to react to his reaction, then you react to my reaction, and we can get a 4th person to do it so that in the end, it will really only be our video feeds covering up the original video! We can do it like the person on the right side looks over at him and makes fun of him, then the people in the upper part would have to look down like they do in the Brady Bunch intro. I think this could be hilarious!
That sounds hilarious.

Some people are really witty and therefore entertaining, so it's funny when they react to things. but yeah unfortunately most of the time it's like this. It sucks when someone is doing something unoriginal and not entertaining and they are doing a lot better than you. But that's right of you not to make those types of videos, because that shows that you have the patience to do your own thing and wait for growth instead of doing something you don't like just to get subs.

This dude is terrible, he just sits and watches videos. The only reason he gets views is for the original video, it's nothing he's doing. This makes me a bit angry because I know if I did something like this it would be flagged in an instant. I don't understand how people go under the radar like this. I've seen 10 copies of one of my videos before, all with the exact same video, title, and description and all uploaded within minutes of each other. Now how does that not raise a red flag???

Hey guys, I know we're all suppose to be all nice and respectful to each other but I just can't help myself to not cringe my teeth against these type of youtubers, I'm talking about Reactors. What are Reactors? Lets say someone owns a camera, doesn't know what to film, doesn't know what to talk about, not in a mood to use it as lets plays, except watch a video and laugh about it. Miraculously these youtubers are like in the 10k sub range... Why & How??!?!

I know there are some youtubers that has like one or two videos about watching & reacting to other youtubers flaming about them & thats okay (cause its pretty entertaining), but a channel dedicated of watching unrelated videos and at the end of it saying "yeah, its a good video, I like it." I mean seriously? Com'on how the hell is this entertaining? I understand Youtubers such as Pewdiepie does something like this on a regular bases but at least he's (finally) putting in some effort such as screaming like a school girl & editing some parts. I think reaction videos should just be a collaboration kinda thing with other youtubers such as this:

Its entertaining cause these are youtubers you know, and hearing what they have to say at the end of the video is interesting to listen to, cause you wouldn't expect what a makeup artist, or a comedian would have to say on a particular kind of video.

and NOT like this:
X
Okay just pause the video! Its not worth watching the whole thing of some guy watching a video, unless you've already watched Fazbear & Friends by hotdiggedydemon. To save your time:
Dude pretty much remain quiet the whole video (besides chuckling, and talking about the bunny), and at the end he was like "Yeah, its a good video, I like it. Be sure to hit that like button and let me know what other videos you want me to watch."

Me: >.> How the hell did I wasted 8 minutes of this, I now feel like a lonely person, watching a person, watching a video that I've already watched.

am I jelly? Yes. Do I want to make content like this? Hell No, to me this is completely lazy work.

What do you have to say about these kind of youtubers? Do they fall in the lowest of low category such as reply girls, how to get this stuff for free hackers, copyright jerks asking for subs? Am I getting worked up on this? meh.
Well this kind of puts my mind at ease that he can't totally leech off of popular videos...

I think the FineBros do a great job with the concept because they also integrate discussion and education about many of the subjects.
