YouTube pixelation problem! HELP!!

Hi YouTubers.

I'm in a desperate time right now. I can't upload a video without getting all pixelated.

For those who wanna know, i render in .mp4 format in vegas 12 pro, and i yes, i do use constant 10 million bps, i have also tryed 14 and 20 and 28, and its funny, the more bps i render in, the more pixelated it gets when it gets uploaded to youtube.

Look at my team players names in green down at the left corner at the map, sometimes its really clear, and sometimes it really really pixelated: youtu.be/dZyBui6FzmI

WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!!!!!!!! I have tryed EVERYTHING i can possible figure, and i have tryed every youtubers advice. NOTHING has helped at all. And it is not browser based, its just my videos, and i dont know what to do :(

My videos are totally fine before uploaded to youtube, like, REALLY good quality![DOUBLEPOST=1413421883,1413421738][/DOUBLEPOST]Funny thing is, i use the EXACT same settings from vegas like a very known youtuber called JackFrags, and hes videos are not at all pixelated. and i use the exact same settings.[DOUBLEPOST=1413424335][/DOUBLEPOST]Here is another example, this this, i made the actual video .mp4 even better quality, and still, all the pixelations!! youtu.be/Sj42LV1NEZ8

Hey hey.

This happens when you play games that have a lot of details and lots of movement. The reason is that the encoder cant keep up and just craps out. If you had a video where you run through a wooded area, like in DayZ, every 5 seconds your video will pixelate because it cant keep up.

All youtubers have this issue, some more than others.

I had and still have this problem.

But how come all the "big" youtubers dont have this problem at all? FRANKIEonPCin1080p's videos are sooo fantastic, and jackfrags and totalhalibut.

Have you tried to disable resample by right clicking on the video on the timeline and choose "properties"?

Yes, i know all the tricks. i disable resample, i render in constant bit rate at 10 million, i do everything the professionel youtubers does, but youtube hates my guts

Bitrate seems unusually high. Maybe you want to lower the bitrate to something like 50,000kbps or try variable bitrates?

As i said in the topic, even more bitrate makes my video quality better played from the actual .mp4 file but when it gets uploaded, i get much worse than a 10 million bps video uploaded. I DONT GET THIS! :([DOUBLEPOST=1413465870,1413459160][/DOUBLEPOST]bump
