Youtube Partner's CPM vs Curse Network CPM?

Hi,

I've been using Youtube's Partner Program for a while now, recently many of my videos started to go "Monitoring for Possible Review", as you might know this can take months or even forever.

I'm looking for alternatives and Curse Network seems to be the best for me, 90/10 rev share. I only want to monetize my videos and have a high CPM. In can promote my channel independently so no need for community aid or external promotion.

What is difference in terms of CPM between Youtube's Partner Program and Curse?

All Networks use the base Adwords/DoubleClick ad inventory that YouTube runs. This is the bulk of the ads that are served. Curse is one of a few networks who also handles in house sales so they can run ads in addition to those served by YouTube. This can increase CPM and/or number of monetized views due to having more ad inventory.

So with Curse, your CPM might go up a bit over Adwords/Adsense (just YouTube). It won't go down though as your CPM is primarily determined by the viewers you bring in, not your channel or who you are networked with.

Thanks, that seems pretty decent. So maybe you can earn more CPM with TGN if they have better in-house ads than Curse with their 90/10 rev share?

I just got invited by representative to join TGN. Now I'm really confused.

TGN and their parent networks BBTV/VISO are notorious for not doing much to CPM. So you give up a fair amount by taking a bad revenue share.
