Thank you. Me and a friend were thinking about getting a lawsuit going.. I'm not the only person that's not going to get paid a lot of money..

You don't necessarily need to sue. If you were to get a lawyer involved, they would likely push for an out of court settlement if you tell your lawyer you would prefer not to go to court.
 
The thing is.. I'm broke and my family doesn't have money for a lawyer. We have financial issues and I kinda wasn't hoping to settle with legal action. Also I'm a teen. I'd love to get my money, but you think I have a chance?

As I said earlier, you can (with some agencies) work with a lawyer without paying up-front costs. They also might sometimes do what they call (in the UK) a "No Win No Fee" case. It doesn't hurt to contact them and ask about your inquiry and yes, you do have a chance (legal counsel can resolve anything lol).
 
I'd like to hear a response from someone at NGE. Clearly they monitor this forum. I want to hear how they feel it is legal to withhold payment for slander. See, the thing about business operations is that you can cease to do business with someone for any reason you wish, contract permitting. NGE can very likely terminate the contract immediately for this particular channel due to the creation of this thread.

HOWEVER, termination does not invalidate ANY prior money owed, nor any obligations in place before the contract was terminated.

And, I think if NGE can't be bothered to give a proper response, that they should be listed as a scam in the network list sticky. I don't care how butt hurt you are about someone badmouthing your "company". You don't get to withhold money because someone slammed you publicly for having s**t support. That's not how this works and you should get the f**k out of business in a hurry.
