YouTube not Posting on Facebook

Has anyone else here had an issue with their videos not posting on Facebook (assuming you choose to do so?). I've had my video set to post to Facebook and Twitter since the beginning but I've been noticing no videos on my wall, and my friends are saying they haven't seen my videos either. My videos are still posting to Twitter just fine.

Could Facebook be blocking them? Anyone else having this issue?
 
I had this problem with my latest upload, though it was through Twitter. It didn't post to twitter until like 40 minutes after it went live.
 
FB takes the YT auto-post and puts it in a YouTube folder rather than treating them like status updates. Was this how it worked with you before and it's not doing it now?

Where is this folder? I don't see anything like that on my wall, and my friends are not seeing the videos in their news feeds either.
 
I just checked my activity log and you're right. My videos aren't auto-sharing upon upload either.
 
There was an update that came out that in a sense breaks the links. What I've been doing is posting the videos on bit.ly and using the shortened url and manually posting it to YouTube. it's a bit more work but it's better off that way and you can track your results xD

I don't auto post to facebook, I choose when and where to post new videos, so I may be in a different category. I just tried auto posting to G+ today for the first time, not sure what happened though, lol.
 
I've always had this problem since day 1 starting my channel. I just gave up and linked Twitter to my Facebook fanpage instead, so anything posted to twitter is auto posted to my FB Fanpage. When I did have it set to auto post to my Facebook profile, it worked but only other people could see the post, not me xD

I have twitter linked to my FB fan page and that is working fine. However, most of my friends & family don't follow my fan page.
 
I had a problem with this also. But after re-trying it a couple of times it finally worked.
Not sure what was/is going on.
Its annoying having to delete your post on both Facebook and Twitter.
