I was with maker on my other channel, really not worth it. What they give to you is like music and 70/30 split with a 1 year contract. They took 3 weeks to reply to my partnership application
 
Most networks won't give you a one to one service until your channel is large and worth the time and money they would put in delivering such services. Until then you are on your own for promotion, seo, branding etc YTtalk can help with many things like that, the best thing anyone can do is not expect anything to come to them magically or on a plate.
 
I never do and never did, I'm the one thats in charge of the success of my channel. Im just saying that it would be great to be treated properly even if u are a small channel.
 
It depends what you mean by being treat properly, what do you want a network do specifically for you? What are your needs/channels needs are what you should ask then make a decision from there.
