YouTube network stealing millions of dollars from record labels and songwriters

SuperBam, Inc. is exploiting a loophole to receive 50% of the revenue on unlicensed lyric videos, taking away duly owned money from songwriters and record labels. This violates YouTube’s circumventing monetisation policy. The total viewcount of the content they are claiming is in the BILLIONS, and monthly revenue they are earning from this scheme could easily be in the millions.
Their fraud is especially blatant, giving they have asserted legal ownership over lyrics that are controlled by the songwriters of the songs.

Someone at YouTube needs to be made aware of this, to avoid songwriters and record labels being scammed further.

They are abusing their access to Content ID (particularly the manual claiming tool) and working in tandem with Acifin Network to siphon millions from songs they do not have any rights to claim.

This company is even stealing royalties from deceased artists such as Juice Wrld:

This is a fraudulent claim - they assert ownership over lyrics owned by the publishers of the song (in this case UMPG/Kobalt)

Claiming the rights to an Ed Sheeran lyric video (owned by his record label and publishers with over 826 MILLION views.

These claims are no accident. Below you can see this song "Psycho" by Mase (owned by Sony/Columbia and published by Create Music Publishing)

Here is an interview with Bosak where he talks about his relationship with YouTube and how guarded Content ID is.

Bosak has connections inside YouTube so reports submitted concerning claiming issues are swept under the rug and forgotten. According to Rian, he was approached by YouTube to start a digital rights network yet has turned into a predatory and shady company.

SuperBam is even backed by investors, who should be rightfully appalled they are conducting copyright infringement.

There are too many examples to list. If an employee takes one look into SuperBam's content owners, I am sure they will see a number of fraudulent claims.

I will do this in due course.

Do remember while you are on your accusation run, that copyright owners sometimes "farm out" their rights managment to third party companies.

People also say frequently that UMPG itself is a fake company; and nothing could be farther from the truth.
