youtube monetization bug may 2014

hello friends
i am facing new monetization problem on youtube.
whenever i upload a video and monetize it it just says (!) "Click to provide proof of commercial use rights"just in a second even without being reviewed.
to test this error i just uploaded a video of a tree in my garden and when i monetize that video same happened.
plz plz help me.

What do you expect? You're not uploading your content, it's bound to happen.

Well, your uploading trailers which you don't have the rights to. Isn't exactly a bug. rofl.

This happens when the video is detected to match an asset of a rights holder
