Youtube licence advice please

I have a song that someone wants to put on their Youtube channel but before they do that they have asked if I can give them a licence to allow them to do it. I am fine to do this but not sure if there's a standard licence somewhere that I could copy and use or what the best way of going about this is.

I am more than happy to go ahead but want to provide more than just a line that says "you're fine to use it" if that makes sense!

Any knowledge in that field would be gratefully appreciated.
