I think I get it. YouTube is blocked in Turkey. Are you asking how access YouTube? The answer is I don't know, and I don't think there is anything you can do except go to a country where YouTube isn't blocked.

Yeah it must be pretty terrible that your government decided you can't access YouTube. Like I said, I don't live in Turkey so I have no idea how to help you.
 
I have a handful of regular viewers in Turkey and China, so it CAN be done.

Turkey has removed the obstacle 6 months ago..
That's not my question..
video is blocked in some countries error :(
2 units world obstacle channel shutdown..
I want to upload youtube movies but video is blocked in some countries..
Not forbidden in Turkey, obstacles stood..

Yeah, that's a copyright issue for sure if it's blocked in certain countries. You must have used music or movie clips that are protected.
