Youtube is not your thing..

Aim to get past him and have 100,000 subs... and then be like "I remember when someone told me that Youtube wasn't my thing. But now I just can't remember who it was anymore since my mountain of subs completely overshadowed him. It's hard to spot a lost hair on the ground when we're so high up the mountain, you know what I mean?"

(and make sure he saw/heard that)

What an a**...Once day you will look back on what he said and laugh because you have 10x the amount of subs/fans he does ;)

Not too sound like a douche but you did ask for his opinion and that was his opininion. In my opinion you arnt that bad. I'm just saying you do ask for his opinion and yeah I guess he could have been more light about it but.[DOUBLEPOST=1366075733,1366075690][/DOUBLEPOST]
I agree
Yeah I know, in this thread I did say I was the one that asked for his opinion so I can't really blame him for what he said, it's only his personal opinion :)[DOUBLEPOST=1366098359][/DOUBLEPOST]

Thst would make a great story in the future haha

So I just asked a guy on twitter who calls himself the "youtube king." He has just over 16k subscribers so I asked him what did he think about my channel? He replied with "Personally, I don't think youtube is your thing" I was pretty shocked at the reply if I'm honest, maybe he doesn't want the competition but I'm not quiting. This has just made me more determined to prove people that doubt me wrong so bring it on!! :D

That's total BS who is he to decided if Youtube is "your thing"? How about a couple of ways to improve what you do? Sounds like his ego might be exploding or something.

When you think about it there has been more competition but what he said was pretty rude. People on the internet nowadays :P

I hit 25k subs just a little while ago, and I still have people (bigger and smaller) than me saying that "youtube isn't my thing", but I don't let that stop me.

When they say it's not my thing, it's because they don't exactly enjoy what I'm producing, but the people who DO enjoy what I'm doing and who DO enjoy the content I'm making will tell you otherwise :)

It's all a matter of perspective.
