Youtube is NOT showing My Subscriber Count

I just topped over 3000 followers and Youtube will not and has never showed my subscriber count and yes I checked, the option to display them is clicked and saved. Yet it is not displayed on any of my videos or my channel and I'd like to show people I have that many followers. It seems a lot of people have this issue and youtube is doing nothing about it, is there any way to fix this? Because I've checked all my settings and I've looked it over and I have everything right, it's just not displaying.

You can see it? I've checked my channel, a few of my videos, all of that on desktop and mobile and I don't see it anywhere, like right next to the name where everyone else's is...I wonder why it's doing that? I suppose if you can see it that's all that matters but shouldn't I be able to?

Just to be clear, if you're a subscriber or view your own channel in "subscribed view", there's no sub count next to the subscribe button. That's only on channels that you're not subscribed to. However there should always be a count on the about page, but it has moved, it's now above the text.
