YouTube is actually getting very interesting.

Based on all of your posts, I see I'm not the only one in this position. Just remember guys, consistency is key. Never give up or you won't succeed. This is nothing like a business which is great, therefore you're not paying anything nor do you have any expenses along with it, unless of course you're paying for YouTube Advertising which isn't necessarily the go to method. Keep up the great work guys!

This is not true at all. Being a partner is like being in a business and you must treat it as a business. If you're not spending some money on your product, then something is wrong. Most people don't get free cameras, editing software, & stage equipment. A smart businessman/woman would make videos that have many potential viewers. A business makes social media pages to promote videos and interact with the fans.

Most people don't use YouTube Advertising. Only top YouTubers and a major corporations pay YouTube for ads.

That's very true. I'm sorry. I should have been thinking outside of the box. Thanks for your input! :)

It actually takes me longer and longer to create a video each week lol. Each new video takes like an hour longer because I try to make each video better than the last. More editing, more jokes, more polish, etc... it never ends. =_=

I create videos in batches, since one video can take a week or so to produce depending on the item being reviewed.
Hence I work hard for a few weeks and create a good batch of 10 or so videos, then take a break for a while since I can release 1 video at a time. That way my audience still get a regular video, and I get a break![DOUBLEPOST=1407324264,1407324086][/DOUBLEPOST]

Completely agree.
Ive spent around £5k on my equipment - laptops, drives, cameras, etc - fair enough I can use them for other stuff as well but I wouldnt have them if it wasnt for YouTube!
Like a business, my YouTube earnings pay off the 'investment', after which I enter profit!.....

It does! Now if only I would not come up with different stuff all the time and break the routine again :D
