Now, before I start, I'd just like to say that this is solely my opinion on the matter, nothing more! Thanks!

Too many times have I seen "Trying to get views..." "I wanna get my sub count up..." "How much will they pay?..." and it's made me wonder what takes precedents with the majority of YouTuber's lately. Don't get me wrong, I understand if this is your passion, and you want to make a living out of it. Making videos, and getting paid for it? The sheer notion could be overwhelming to some. Though, it seem that it's all they care about? I place a question mark there, because I'm not them, and I can't speak for these people. Just stating what I can observe.

With these changes I've made, I found it personally so much more rewarding when you focus on connecting with people. Which is REALLY what YouTube is about. Being part of a community of like minded individuals that share the same passion as you. Being artistic, supporting each other's goals, growing together, and feeling as though you're a part of something, because you are, something great.

I just wanted to get that out there, thanks for reading!

I don't care much about needing to make money, but making videos sucks when you have no fans and have nobody appreciating them, ya know? I want to grow a huge sub-base not so much for money but for the sake that people are actually interested and enjoying my content. If I had 30ish active participants on each video I would be head over heels and content.
 
I actually do videos to alienate people.. it has worked so far...

Just kidding we do it just cause it is fun. I have no idea if we will ever make money and at this point oh well if we don't. We want to have fun, and entertain some people along the way.

How much are you trying to connect with your audience as well as entertain them?

I've always just done what I enjoyed, which is why my upload schedule is rather random. That and when I tried, the quality of my vids just kept going down.

But then again, that hasn't really done much for my sub count. But I agree that doing it as a passion, or even a hobby rather than being "money minded" makes it so much more stress free and a lot more enjoyable :)

Of course I'd notice! I really enjoy your VO work, and it's really inspiring. I still need to work on some of my voices. Been doing them on Vine recently; gotten some good responses.
