YouTube Header Size?

Why has the YouTube header size changed? It seems to be smaller in height than it used to..

For example -

this (not mine) would have fit perfectly previously, where as now the bottom of the banner seems to be cut off.

If anyone has a template for the new size, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I have realized with mine, it is cut off also, where it wasn't before. I only used that as an example as mine is a bad example to show how it is cut off due to the fact I have nothing at the bottom.

I went to the channel you gave as an example and it is not cut off for me. I am able to see all of it. Maybe it's just a browser issue?

It was fine until YouTube changed to the new homepage layout.
