You want at least 2 or 3 mbps upload otherwise it's slow as hell. This is mine while hosting in BO2 so it's lower than usual

Hello, My Upload is normally, 10Mbps, And Upload is about, 5mbps, But the last week my Internet has been very Slow.

Hello, Why don't you try Firefox, I have heard from lots of people that it is Faster than Internet Explorer.
