Just a suggestion of re promoting yourself on gaming websites that you know and like etc and that involves your game.

You may want to find a specific niche and stick to it. When you have more than one video on the same topic, people will expect that you will do more of them hence subscribing to your channel. There are also heaps of advice on this forum for you in the articles and resources section which have helped me heaps.

That's really a BAD number of lost .... How did that happen? You should active more on your channel, keep promote!

I feel like the problem with gaming channels is that there are a lot of them. I'm not saying this directly to you but, anyone who creates a gaming channel nowadays would need to put a ton of effort and originality into their channels. You need to be different to stand out.

200 subs is still a good number, maybe the subs you lost were inactive?

All I can really say, as others have said already, is to push your videos out there. Promote it on youtube forums and subreddits (for youtube promotion). Just keep making videos, and have fun making them.

Keep making content, people will come, you don't want those unscubscribers anyway :) Promotion is key & maybe try something new with one of your videos? Could help :) Good luck!

Maybe trying new things and not focusing on one of them is part of the problem. That being said, your channel is only five months old. Even with 200 subs you're doing better than many.

so instead of making different types of video , focus on one type like gaming?
