YouTube goals for 2020

first goal
main channel - reach 2,000 subs by 2020. Got a current 1,030 now. Ive been getting close to 5 - 10 a day. Hope to get also 400 - 500 views in 2 days per video. I usually get 200-300 per a video within 2 days.

2nd goal - my second channel has 6 subs now. Hope to get at least 500 by the end of the year. Im not really enthused about the 2nd channel, could be because its not as much fun as a dirtbike but I think if I get a bigger community ill put more effort in it

So by the end of 2020 I want to have:
1. 100 subscribers
2. 10,000 views
3. A regular upload schedule
I thought 2019 would be the year but I’m even more confident about 2020!
 
Go from 40 subs to at least 200
go from 800 views to 5k total views
and just to have a generally good time with this youtube stuff
 
Today is a busy day. I will read everybody's goals later.
Subscriber goals seem to be more difficult as people like to watch but far fewer actually subscribe.
My goal for Marble Grooves is 10K subs, 1M views
Track Time 100K subs, another 1M view video
mr.grooves will see lots of activity as I will be reviewing items that I am selling on eBay. I have to downsize my diecast collection.
Race Grooves will see lots of activity again with a return to track set and play set reviews.
 
1. How many subs would you like to have at the end of 2020? - I want 1000 subs by the end of 2020.
2. How many views would you like to have at the end of 2020? - I'd love to have 50000 views. I honestly think that can be achieved with one or two successful videos.
3. What are your other YouTube goals for your channel for 2020 (unrelated to subs and views) ? - To gain more engagement. This is my biggest goal rather than the subs and views. I want to build a community of paranormal enthusiasts around my videos :)
 
  1. How many subs would you like to have at the end of 2020? - I'd like to hit 1000 subs by the end of the year. I'm currently sitting at 576 so I think it's definitely within reach if I focus on making consistent content
  2. How many views would you like to have at the end of 2020? - Number of views for me is secondary to watch time. I'd like to hit the monetisation threshold of 4000 hours watchtime rather than focus on number of views.
  3. What are your other YouTube goals for your channel for 2020 (unrelated to subs and views) ? - I want to try to aim to average a minimum of 2 uploads per week for the while of 2020, so that would be at least 104 videos uploaded during the year. Another attainable goal I think as long as I maintain a steady workload.
 
I will basically be transferring the same goals from 2019. Some of these were not met.

Subscribers 20000 total, 7500 in a year or 700 or so a month

Views 2 million total 750k in a year or 70k or so a month.

I care about minutes watched but there’s no way to know how long videos will be to measure that but the goal is daily minutes watched to double on average.

number of videos 25+ One per week starting in April until I reach the ed of the year or just cant keep it up. This ones hard because I’m not an unemployed millennial with infinite free time
(last year 22 every other week with a break in april /may)

Watch time, increase but to be a huge increase I’d need to make several videos over 45-60 minutes and I don’t see it happening
2018 avg 6 mins 2019 average 8 mins so 10 mins+ for 2020 but its hard to tell because if I make no videos over 10 minutes, its impossible

Wish me luck and watch all my videos nonstop to help make it reality. Just kidding not really
 
1) Would like to have over 1000 by the end of 2020. (Currently at 109)
2) Say 250000 views is a nice number. (Currently close to 55000)
3) Always to get longer view duration. (Currently around 1:40-2:00)

What are your other YouTube goals for your channel for 2020 (unrelated to subs and views)? Produce some more live-action videos! or get a sponsor on our podcast.
