Youtube Glitching??

Is it just me or are all youtube video's absolutely slow & glitchy today? Every other video works fine outside of youtube so it's not my internet connection nor is it my laptop

I know what you mean! The day i posted this i totally gave up on chrome altogether the whole day & used fire fox. But now it's loading vids fine BUT now... when i share videos in google+ I can't delete just the comment on the video, it's suddenly not giving me the option anymore -.-'
