Youtube Gaming

It has been around for a few days now and I am sure most people here have tried it out. What are your first impressions? I like the design a lot better than the regular YouTube design and use it to watch all the videos I usually watch. I think it has the potential to bring more attention to videos that are gaming themed, rather than strict playthroughs. However, I think that people will always livestream on Twitch primarily.

I opened it, I saw the clusterf*ck, I closed. The interface is awful, and it's nothing new channel-wise as well, always the same big names
The homepage looks absolutely terrible and I see what you mean by it's the same big name youtubers, but the watch page in my opinion has a really good design, it's less of a clusterfrick than the current youtube watch page.

I do not like the interface;
Twitch is still number 1;
It's useless for me (as the casual user, not Youtuber).

Wednesday youtube gaming starts.
A seperate service especially for gamers.
What do you think about it.
Will every gamer switch to youtube gaming and will the original youtube left for other videos?

I am very curious how it evolved.

Im very confused about it...there is no explainations that I can find and its just THERE. So what does it do for us the creators? How is it used? Whats its purpose? Is it pay to watch or free to watch? Do we pay to put up videos or is it free...

Frankly Im very confused it about, which means there are others out there like me. I think if youtube is going to launch something new they might want to put an explaination along with it.

I tried streaming with YT but it did not stream well at all compared to twitch. I looked at changing server but I do not have that option like twitch. Any suggestions?
