YouTube Gaming attaches game to video?

I noticed on some of my videos a game box of the game we play is next to the video. But it does not do that for all my videos especially older games. Is there a way to manually correct this to make my videos more searchable in this new system? Also is there a way to pick a different server because my twitch streams are flawless and my YT gaming ones are choppy and incoherent? Thanks in advance.

I noticed it does it automatically if you have the game's name in the title of the video, but other than that i'm not sure how to do that. Seems like the tags dont do it.

I also think they take it from the title, because when You enter a certain game and click on "Let's plays" tab then all the videos listed there have "Let's play" somewhere in the title. The same for reviews.
