Youtube finally supporting 60 FPS.

What do I think? f**k yeah! Finally. This isn't only going to help gaming channels but many other channels to. 60fps videos are much smoother regardless of gaming or not, looks little more crisp.
It will also hurt some like me :( Oh well I just got a job interview and fixing up my computer is a big thing that I want to spend my money for

about frikin time youtube finally supports this. Ive always uploaded in 60fps so at least it will be put to use now
Ah... those 60fps videos are automatically convereted to 30fps that means it's stored as 30fps on their servers, you'll need to reupload them if you want to view them in 60fps.[DOUBLEPOST=1403832800,1403832736][/DOUBLEPOST]

I don't understand, why would it hurt you your channel exactly?

My computer runs at 30 most the time[DOUBLEPOST=1403833489][/DOUBLEPOST]Nevermind you explained in an above comment I am an idiot lol

I'm not a quality hog so this isn't a big deal for me. Not all PC games run at 60 FPS (some of em run strictly at 30) nor can all people who make and upload gaming content play all their games at 60 FPS. So I wonder how YouTube Gaming content makers are going to adjust to this.

EDIT: For my Modded Skyrim I have to either cut back and limit my FPS to 30 while playing at 1080p or do 720p at 60FPS due to the Graphic Mods and ENB I have installed. I'd rather keep the FPS Limiter at 30 while playing in 1080p.
