Couldn't find my old post, which was an update on this, so I've made a second update one as I've got more news regarding it and it could help others who are having similar problems. So after some people suggested I contact YouTube, I did!
It would seem I've got the option to use a contact form and email them, as I'm a partner and stuff like that. Not sure how it all works, either way, I did exactly that and since the other day I've not got a single dislike. Of course, I'm not expecting to never get dislikes, the point is, I'm not getting stupid amounts in seconds like 10 - 20 dislikes.
As far as I can tell, YouTube actually listened and investigated the issue and then blocked the person's IP or accounts from continuing to dislike video's. It was from the UK, as I found out via analytics's, there was a bulk from UK, on one video, 18 from UK and then a couple throughout the world.
So yes, that's about it really, if you are having problems similar to this, contact YouTube - they do actually help!
