Youtube counter notification error

HI am Vincent ,have a you tube channel which was suspended 3 months ago because of false copyright infringement claims.Have written several counter notifications but they get rejected citing that cant be processed because of incomplete requirements .I think my counter notification is legally complete .I want to post this so that you can tell me where have strayed.If there are hidden laws we should know.Maybe we should start a hashtag should prompt you tube to improve there copyright infringement tool and how they review counter notification should be made clear

Hello you tube, I would like to submit counter-notification for my video that was removed as a result of a mistake and misidentification

Well, here are all my details:

This claim is a mistake and unlawful, because the video in question has no copyright hence it is in the public domain and according to the law public domain can be uploaded and should not be taken down as it belongs to the public. Moreover the claimant is not the alleged owner or the designated representative of the original creator who did not copyright it to have a stand in asserting whether my use of the material infringes the original creator rights.In short the material has no copyright licence and the claimant issued is a false copyright infringement notification.Speaking personally to the you tube reviewer review this ,please do look into this matter carefully and let what you tube stands for be evident in this.Do not make it intimidating.I am in anguish and depressed because am suffering because the company's tool abuse.I believe have completed the legal requirements of this counter notification ,if it is not processed then there is a hidden rule that we you tubers do not know.
