YouTube Content ID claim

Once the video is deleted, it will take 6 months to remove the copyright id claim off of your account. You cannot get partnered with copyrighted content on your channel.
No what I mean is most requirements so "NO COPYRIGHT HISTORY" will this stop me with getting with that network for ever or what?

Once you delete the video you will be unable to get partnered for 6 months. I would delete it now so you can start the long 6 month wait.

I didn't know that, I thought I read Youtube's policies front to back.

Doesn't really mean much to have your Youtube and adsense accounts linked when your starting out, someday if your gaming videos get hundreds to thousands more views and you've been accepted by a network like Fullscreen. I'm trying to get there too but it's not overnight.

again.. this doesn't mean it's alright. That's like saying "I saw people on TV doing drugs and killing people so I guess I'm aloud to do it".
Bigger channels will probably have permission and smaller channels might have somehow got permission through the network they're with or people they know. For example I know 2 of the developers of GTAV through my dad, so when that gets released I'm getting permission to post videos on it.
It`s not a strike...
It`s content_ID or a third party claim, he just has to remove the video and he`ll be fine.[DOUBLEPOST=1365105133,1365105050][/DOUBLEPOST]
There's one network that pays off YouTube to get your copyright strikes taken off but they lock you in a decade long contract and pay you almost nothing...besides they only do it for really big channels. I would just start over tbh.
You can`t pay off YouTube to take off strikes.
You can pay off the publisher that put it there or (something I did for a partner recently) just ask them nicely to remove it and say you`ll never upload what you did ever again.

OMG THANK YOU FOR THIS AWESOME NEWS! I WAS HAVING A HEART ATTACK!

Can I just have a source of evidence though?

It isn't though. If your video was blocked and it says your account isn't in good standing then it was a copyright strike.

Well all 3 copyright boxes are all green and all say good standing good standing. i am pretty sure Shane must be right.

I was told that Aflcin or whatever pays off somebody to get the strikes removed. Then they lock you in a horrible contract.

So after deleing it, all 3 copyright boxes are green and all say good standing. Am I out of this trap now?
