yes its hard its like that for lots of people, dont you have the recordings from your old gameplays and you can just re-commentate over them

yes but with commentry, its up to you but you could just make a whole new series with commentry and just leave that series the same or just carry on with it. Remember its your channel and you can just start a new video series
