Wow! The part I'm most excited about is the forum! Do you have the link to the website you saw this on? I'd love to read more about it.

A link the article would be great, I agree. I am afraid the creators' forum will end up being an advertisement dumphole, though

More than likely, but maybe if we cross our fingers and hope enough then we'll get lucky and google will hire enough moderates to keep up... psych.

They are working on making the forum. I don't know how it will stick out. :/

Yeah, I have my own reservations against the forum, though I certainly do hope the new comment system will help control the troll problem.

Thank you for the link, let me have a look at the various points.

>Improved Comments
What I ask is, how do you tell the difference between a "Junk comment" and a "Regular comment"? If it's the number of downvotes, this will lead to situations in which one person's comment, while polite and clever, will be hidden because of fanboys downvoting it. This especially applies to channels with a circlejerky audience, or with childish and wide fanbases, but it might also happen in other situations.
>Subscriber notifications
Aren't they here already?
>New types of cards
I don't fully understand the Channel card. Your videos will be featured in other people's videos, or they can choose to feature one of your videos on the card?
>Easier access to the subs feed
Useful.
>Better creator studio app
More analytics, that might help, but I won't go crazy after it.
>Video management on the go
Since I always upload from my PC, I couldn't care less about this right now.
>360-Degrees videos
Might be interesting to watch, but I wonder how many creators will upload them.
>Better live streams
This might be useful for many people, my country has a third-world connection though, so we are back to the start.
>New creator community
How long before it becomes a self promotion dumphole?
>Updated creator academy
Never used it, what am I missing?
