Gaming Youtube Collaboration (XBOX

Hiya

So recently I started up my youtube channel again and I am looking for people to join me in a crew sort of thing. I don't care about how many followers you have. It's about quality, not quantity. Also I mainly play GTA, but I play a few others aswell.
But there are a few things I'd prefer and things that are a must
MUST
-Have a mic, and no a kinect mic does not count. TurtleBeach is fine. Just make sure it's good quality.
-Over 16. (No Squeakers)
-Girls and Guys I have no specific preference.
-Must be okay with cussing and raging.

PREFER/ADDITIONS
-That you have a capture card or recording device. If not that's fine, but the whole point of this is a collaboration
-You would be willing to take part in glitches. Not money/rp/stats glitches. More like map and character glitches. Mainly glitches that will make the game a whole lot funnier
-Must love trolling people
-Overall, being funny It's the main thing I want in a youtube collab is to be able to have some really funny moments that we can upload.

What's up?! I'm looking to collab with some new people too for multiplayer games like GTA 5, COD, etc. I do multiple things on YouTube like Gaming, Vlogging, soon to come comedy skits and such. And it sounds like we could get a lot of good footage, and I think it'd be pretty fun! And Raging is definitely alright, I do it all the times on a lot of games I play. LOL!
