so i go onto my video manager and you have to accept terms of use and stuff for annotations and various other features or you cant use youtube at all. any of you had to do this?

EDIT: I didnt violate anything. I dont use links outside of YT, I use the subscribe link and my video links for spotlights at the end of my video. also known as an outro. So i know for fact i didnt violate anything. I guess they just need people to make sure they are not promoting say idk steam through links or song links. you get it right?

That sounds odd I haven't had that...yet...maybe they're rolling it out or something, maybe just checking on things investigating :pompus:

this might be the beginning but im 100% sure that i didnt violate anything. just using the links from youtube to promote me through youtube links. so no external links or anything of such, unless they dont want links no more? idk im confused on why you guys dont get it.

That's interesting. I liked some videos overnight (Los Angeles time) and there wasn't anything different. I wonder if you're in the beginning of new features roll-out.

I tried it again on one of your videos and managed to grab a screenshot:

It sort of moves up the screen and then eventually disappears. Not sure if this is browser dependant - I use Firefox FWIW :)
