YouTube Cards: Best way to use them?

So I am experimenting with the new YouTube cards on my latest videos because I am wondering what the best way is to use these cards. On my latest uploads I inserted a YouTube card where I suggest my latest upload, but I also want to suggest other videos from the same playlist. For example, on my Portal Stories: Mel video I suggest the first episode of Cities: Skylines but if I upload more Portal videos I also want the users to click on that. So what do you guys suggest? Suggest a whole different video than in this case Portal or just suggest the Portal Playlist? Or maybe both, that can work too. ;)

Thanks!

Greetings,

Maurice

I just put a card to my next video on my previous video at the end of the video.
If that made sense. :P

I already have an endcard and my videos are only 1 minute long, so I feel like cards would be overkill...
Annotations don't show on mobile devices though, so you're potentially losing clicks from that portion of your mobile audience.

I use my cards in the outro, some people like to link their previous video even if it's not of the same game, I like to link a random video but I'm readjusting to link relevant videos & playlists more since cards have a bit of room for multiple things, I feel like using something relevant will be better, e.g. if someone is heavy into portal and watches your portal vids, chances are if you link a GTA video, they're less likely to watch it.
