YouTube broken right now?

stuck at 301 too, some of them updated today, but it doesn't make sense, updated with only certain amount of views...
 
My most recent upload took around 4x the normal upload... but that may have been my ISP. But my thumbnails were a little wonky for a couple hours afterward and my views are laggy, like you said.

No, I've had that same problem. I think it's YouTube. A 7 minute video took 243 minutes to upload.

This happened to me last week. I thought it was my Internet connection, so I'm glad it's not just me.
Also, a couple of days ago my real time analytics broke and acted like I had no videos, although that fixed itself eventually.
 
I re-uploaded my thumbnail so luckily it got fixed, but yeah, this seems to be an issue for a lot of people
 
Yep, same problem for me! The views are not counting as it should. But when I check the stats on the phone, it seems to work! Weird.
