Youtube Banned me for no reason!

Then it would say he was banned for copyright infringement.

It's a violation of the ToS if you create a new account once terminated, so no it won't give that reason unless that second channel also got 3 copyright strikes. Could be botting, but doesn't rule out YT could of just found his new channel and closed it.

His first channel was suspended not terminated. The violation is only if your channel is terminated (I think) Also, that is not spam, gaming, or misleading content or whatever it says. As stated before, that is generally to do with how you promote yourself.

It doesn't need to be your first account for the policy to go into force, but yes you're allowed to create a new channel if your channel was suspended not terminated.

/shawnecannon was a channel he had 3 years ago he said and it was terminated - any new accounts will be closed from the date ongoing 3 years ago. I'm guessing the channel he is referring to in this thread is not the shawnecannon channel so that's why I'm pointing out his previous history with YT.

Yeah it is weird. I'm assuming it's that or the reason I was bringing up. For the record, I wasn't depicting your posts to be wrong.

haha, I didn't say you were. I just doubt that YouTube randomly found his new channel after 3 years. Its all good.

Stop trying to persume things ok? Social Blade is not 100% accurate, I've seen a lot of days where it would say i had 0 views for the day when really I had well over 200, so the views did not update correct all the time so before you go and try to make me look bad, why didn't you post the whole page from social blade? Oh wait it's because you wanted me to look bad and now show that the other days where all consistant

This is very frustrating!!! I just spent well over $600 just to get my channel up and running. Monitor - $250, HDPVR $160 Blue yetti Microphone $ 180 and $20 for a custom cartoon drawing of me... and for what? just little over a month youtube banned for good with no reason what so ever...

Like people have been saying you were banned for spamming it appears. Did you send your videos to people's inbox's? Use spamming tools like Tube Tool Box? Were you sending messages to people you don't know at all?

I know Socialblade isn't the most reliable of things, but i find it hard to believe it missed that many days. And for the most part you have 0 channel views.

So you probably got banned because of
a. botting
b. the old terminated channel came back to haunt you
c. you spammed people's inboxes.
