Youtube Annotations problem

At the end of my video i like to add two video links and a subscribe link but when i tried to reach that part skipping ahead it does not load up that part everywhere else in the video is fine but that part does not HELP

It just keeping loading at that part

Try clearing your browsers cache:
If your on Chrome press Ctrl+Shift+Del and choose Empty the Cache

No its private i am trying to get to a certain part to add a annotation there

Then I don't know what to suggest, maybe try altering the quality option, so it completely reloads the video and then see? Otherwise I think I'm at a loss, I've never had that before
