I have been trying to figure out how to use Adsense for videos, but I get all through filling out the form, then when I try to submit, it tells me to correct the highlighted errors, but there are none. So I just quit trying.

I have done it for some videos. But I dont think I will do it again for awhile. It got me more views sort of. But the retention wasn't very good.

I just had an idea of an effective use of Adwords. You can put specific Placements in the targeting group where your videos will show up. What if those Placements were specific videos you want your video to show up in the Suggested Videos of? That should make your video be played after that one more often and it might make it show up in the actual Suggested Videos section of it more often.

"The Wizard of Oz" would be great, for example (this is an official request) the Lollipop kids song (0:34 seconds) I think would be awesome in a horror version. Creepy midgets in inverse filter...creepy filtered music....and it will have mass appeal. Hopefully you can do it.

I think it's awesome! Great job with that, man. Now, is there a thought process behind making it a longer video? Is it for the sake of retention and ranking, etc? I'm just curious. Have you had better luck with longer videos vs shorter ones in this particular genre?

It just felt like it all went together and that by making it shorter, it would be the same as only doing one verse of a song. It starts with Glenda introducing her and how she killed the witch, and it ends when the last song related to the killing of the witch ends. There didn't seem like a better place to start or end it than where I did. But I don't like how long it is and I worry that my retention rate will suffer for it.
