YouTube account ... has been suspended

I am relatively a new youtuber. I am running one active channel with no issue. In that channel I create how to video by sharing my screen and with my own voice. Its going smooth. As a travel freak I have started my 2nd channel with my travel related video. Video has been captured by me through DSLR in my past trips. Edited with copyright free materials.

But it is 2nd time youtube has suspended my travel related channels. Here is the message they sent me in both cases

"We'd like to inform you that due to repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines , your YouTube account ....... has been suspended.

After review we determined that activity in your account violated our Community Guidelines, which prohibit spam, scams or commercially deceptive content

Please be aware that you are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts. For more information about account terminations and how our Community Guidelines are enforced, please visit our Help Centre at ....

In both cases the suspended my account in a day after creating. I had one video in both time, monetization was on and adsense was connected.

Any suggestion from the experts will be appreciated. I am already preparing to buy some tools to improve my youtubing skill.
 
There is no way to know without seeing what videos were posted on the channel (in terms of thumbnail, title, tags, description and content).

But I will say that if you had one channel suspended already...you're violating the rules just to create an alternate account. Like they say, "you are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts." If an account gets suspended, then unless you can appeal the suspension and get it revoked, you are violating the rules to create any other channels.
 
I'm really sorry this happened! I would contact youtube and look over exactly what you violated and what went wrong and make another channel and make sure it does not happen again, did you save your videos to your computer ? if so I would re upload them and let your subs know that your new account is up and running again
