Yeah, they're using YouTube to drive traffic to their paysite. What I don't understand is how that video / channel hasn't been taken down by YouTube. Surely it's inappropriate content / spam. :unsure:[DOUBLEPOST=1486055463][/DOUBLEPOST]

One thing the people who are defending her are forgetting is that this can influence young girls who are going through hard times.When i see this kind of thing it sickens me like come on... YouTube is open to a lot of young people yes this is acceptable on p**n sites but come on YouTube is open to millions of young people don`t influence them with this.Honestly her channel needs to be taken down or am losing even more hope in humanity.BTW how come am not seeing any females on YouTube reacting to this as being disrespectful downgrading of women.....what are the top channels like Zoella doing let me guess more makeup videos....oh the humanity she`s always on trending yet cant share views on this and shame it.

Of course they do. When you get a chance watch his video: 'SHE FOUND SOMEBODY NEW.' Around 7:40 he starts complaining about people talking crap about Lena in the comments section. lol

YouTube should create another channel category called: Trainwreck. Their content would fit perfectly.
 
It's quick fame, but y'all realize how much backlash, how much harassment, how much BS people who do these "fame grabs" have to deal with, right? They need the thickest skin and the most concrete psyches possible to withstand all the hate stuff like this surely receives. It's not exactly easy, because the shortcut means you'll be flooded forever with a barrage of hate, and that's a decision you have to make. Do you want quick fame at the expense of gargantuan amounts of hate?

At the end of the day, it's her body, she can do what she wants. It's more extreme than stripping (obviously), but all the hate feels pretty similar to what strippers receive for their choice of profession. The market is there and it's exploitable, and this isn't hurting anybody.
And no, I don't think this devalues women at all - that's a silly notion. When there's a system that has has institutionalized effects on women, there's harm in that. The argument that the p**n industry devalues women can easily be made, since men still run the p**n industry anyway and do set standards and motifs that seep into culture. This isn't that - it's a woman making a very personal and direct choice with her own body where she has full control.
A move like this isn't what's sad, I'd say what's sad is that there's enough men out there where a stunt like this works.

Really, the ONLY issue I see here is whether YouTube is a platform that wants to host stuff like this (announcements and redirects to p**n). And that's entirely up to the people who run YouTube. They already allow a lot of softcore stuff as it is.
 
If she is willing to make such a sex tape in order to get more subs (or lets say more cash) then why not get in p**n and make much more cash?
 
Eh, I'm all for women being open about sexuality and being sexual, but I don't think YouTube is the right place for this type of content. Isn't YouTube supposed to be mostly PG anyways? I personally don't really pay attention to these people nor do I give them any views. There are always going to be some crappy ones out there, I like to focus on people who offer me great content. :)
