Your YouTube goal for 2013?

My goal is to upload at least once every week and have at least 200 subscribers. My big goal which I find very ambitious and out of reach is to get partnered. I have the ability to monetize videos but as I do gameplay videos I cant monetize them so its just a tease really, so a partnership would help me with copyright issues and such :)

What is your goal, bear in mind I only have 24 subscribers and 46'107 total video views so i'm sure a lot of you with bigger channels will have bigger goals :)

I want to be accepted in the youtube community for once. Iv'e never even had 500 subs on any of the channels I have had and I have always wondered why. Is it cause i'm a girl? Or is it cause I speak slightly weird because I have slight dyspraxia? I will never know but yeah, thats my goal.
 
My goal is to post at least one vid per week (hopefully 2-3) until the end of summer 2013. At that point I will evaluate my channel and decide what to do in the future! When I started doing this youtube thing I decided I would work hard at it for a year and get 100+ videos made and uploaded! Hope to grow the channel :)
 
Get my channel off its feet and make more and better content :) And maybe 100 subs but cant ask for everything now :P
