Your Thoughts On This

I truthfully think that the other people seeing those comments are thinking exactly what you are thinking. If that is the only way they believe they can get known, they will probably be a dead YT account here in a few months like the rest of them...

I think they should be allowed to do that, just like how you used to be able to post video responses right under the videos a few years ago and it wasn't spam. I just don't think it is worth doing..

Aghhh. I hate it personally. Whenever I go to a music video or a video of a song I like, there's always multiple people spamming in the comments. I hate it when people spam, so this just gets me p****d off.

I don't mind it at all, really. I don't think there's enough ways to promote yourself right now so some may have to resort to spam. It's how I found Exige (electronic producer) and he actually makes awesome music.

Yeah I liked the Video Response option :/ I used to leave video responses and got a few views from it.

There was no doubt that the "Video Response" feature on YouTube was one of the cooler things we could use to help build a bigger audience. Especially since it is hard to do a collaboration with another automotive channel in Ga.. Those aren't so easy to find.

Yes...they said the click through rate of the response videos was something like 0.03% (?) or something....but everytime I used to do it, I would pick up a few views and a few subscribers :/

Wasnt the reason why they removed "Video Response" was because all of a sudden a bunch of Reply girls appeared and started scamming the system?

I recall, that was the reason why TAGS of a video are no longer public : )
